Min Skills Required
- BE/B. Tech Computer science background (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, BCA/ MCA, online/ self-taught/MOOC)
- Knowledge in (digital) pedagogic content production; preferably higher education
- Excellence in problem-solving and structuring of complex processes in new terrains
- Intermediate or Advanced Level of Expertise in Python or Programming skills

- Understand the industry requirements and develop courses to help students meet high standards
- Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement to ensure an extraordinary learning experience
- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience
- Define & structure content development process; work with educational content across all levels
- Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders
- Collaborate with the business development team to meet content production deliverables
Senior Associate – Program
● Bachelors from IIT/ NIT & MBA from premier B-School
Roles & Responsibilities
- Complete operations ownership for Small Group Coaching, Career Coaching, Mentorship functions.
- Responsible for adoption & functions metrics
- Lead a team of Operations Managers and ensure they meet their deliverables on time.
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members (internal and external).
- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for Learning Products
- Research competitors and suggest changes in functions development & addition of more functions
- Exposure to category/ program management in Edtech/ Large Startups/ Career Services/ Ecommerce
- Deep understanding of adoption, engagement & retention of students + Industry Mentors
- Strong analytical and complex problem solving mindset
- Entrepreneurial with High degree of ownership
- Ability to work and set targets in a cross functional environment
Graduate/PG Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills
- We’re looking for an Admissions Counselor who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.
- You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
